Focus Groups Schedule

At the very beginning of working to create true interoperability in Virginia, we held six focus group sessions around the state to capture local feedback on interoperability as the first part of our strategic planning process. Each focus group was comprised mainly of informal and formal leaders from fire, law enforcement and EMS departments, with additional representation from public health, local and state agencies.
