PSIC Investment Justifications

Below is an overview of the Investment Justifications (IJ) submitted to DHS by Virginia for the PSIC Grant.  While Virginia is slated to receive approximately $25 million from the PSIC Grant, notification of the actual award will be in April; therefore, no monetary values have been assigned to the IJs at this time. The IJs are also subject to change pending requests from DHS during their review of the Virginia application.  If you have any questions, please contact our office at cico@governor.virginia.gov or 804-692-0137.  Please also continue to monitor this site for any updates.

The CICO will be contacting the lead locality/regional representatives that submitted proposals for the PSIC grant and will be meeting with those localities/regions involved in each IJ to determine the best phased approach for each group over the next month.
